"WESTPORT in THE TWILIGHT ZONE," a 4-day Symposium at The Westport (CT) Library, September 26-29, celebrating:
• The Twilight Zone's 65th Anniversary (October 2, 1959)!
• The Centennial of creator Rod Serling (born on Xmas Day)!
• The fact that Serling lived in Westport in the mid-‘50s, where he won the 3 Emmys that gave him the creative clout to go out to Hollywood to do The Twilight Zone—and that key episodes of the series might've been influenced by his time in Westport!
Author Arlen Schumer will be hosting and presenting all 4 days of the Symposium, interviewing other Twilight Zone-related authors (both live on stage & virtual), and screening some of The Twilight Zone's greatest episodes matched with the theatrical films they inspired! And MORE!
