(6-23-24) Gena & I had an absolute amazing & wonderful time at my Stephen King Event at Ferguson's Books & More I Fargo, ND. Some crowds for these events are big, some small, but you can never predict these things. For those who were there, Dollar Baby Producer/Writer of Stephen King THE LAST RUNG ON THE LADDER Maximilian Blaska and I gave them a good show. Max and his wonderful mother Lisa came all the way from Wisconsin to be there. I gave a talk on the Dollar Baby Program, we played 5 Dollar Baby films: Warren Ray MAXWELL EDISON, Vanessa Ionta Wright RAINY SEASON, Jay Holben PARANOID:A CHANT, Rob Darren Newberger MUTE, and Jeff Blankenship THE LAST RUNG ON THE LADDER. They loved them!!
I even made a book sale. 
After visiting,talking with those in the store and bring home a few books - we went out to dinner at Rhombus Guys Pizza. It was amazing food & cocktails. The very best part of all this is not just meeting Max, but the long, entertaining, & indepth convo we all had all day and especially at dinner. It was SO wonderful & cool! This was an absolute wonderful moment for me that I'll cherish forever. Max flew out to an event in Utah this morning & I wish him safe travels. 
I want to thank Dane Jeremy Ferguson for having us all at his store and especially to Max & his mom for coming. Max is Uber cool & I am blessed to call him my friend.
