You'll be invoiced thru PayPal. Our order to the publisher will be on March 1st so payment must be made no later than February 28.
It takes 2-3 weeks, possibly more, for our shipment to arrive as all books are on a print by order basis. Soft covers take less time and those usually arrive first.
