My thanks to Janice and Mike Olszewski for this book which I know was done in Mad Daddy’s memory, not for money. I was lucky enough to listen to Mad Daddy whom I have never forgotten at a time in my life when I needed someone like him to get my mind off my own problems. I learned of his suicide decades ago which saddened me. I am glad his memory lives on and that some recordings of his shows exist. I graduated from Euclid High in 1960, am nearly 82, and live in California from where Mad Daddy came, ironically, given all the madness that has gone on here.
